Able put together 3 custom screens for our patio room, which consisted of Pet Screen. The custom sized screens and new frames fit perfectly into our room the first time. We experienced very good curbside service from Johnny, Able and their smiles. We will do business with Bull's Glass and Screen in the future!

Brandon was professional and fast. The job was small but I was lucky to find a company that does repairs as well as installation. It went so smoothly that I asked for a quote for additional work.

This went well. I took the door in to them. They promised it back the next day and it was done at 8:30 AM that day. They made some good suggestions regarding what kind of screen to install. Suggested a "pet-proof" screen. So I got that kind. Hadn't known that it even existed before talking to them. Job seems to have been done perfectly. The new screen looks good.

We've used Bull's in the past, first to replace all our upstairs windows with double-paned, and more recently to custom order some glass that I was setting into interior doors. We were 100% satisfied with both experiences. On the Monday before Thanksgiving, we decided we would like to add a round glass shelf to the middle level of a small side table we have. I went in and asked if it was possible to have it before Thanksgiving, and they said they'd try -- and did the ever! I got a call later that afternoon saying it was ready. Excellent service and product at a reasonable price.

The workmen, Terri who also did the appraisal was very professional and very knowledgeable. My only negative was for the price of the installation the labor cost was approximately $200 an hour when you factor in how much time was spent at our house. The actual cost for the materials was very reasonable. It appears that all of the glass companies are having problems hiring staff. I would use them again but also get additional quotes as we did not have time to do for this project.

I asked if they could do it in two days because we had company coming. I dropped the screen off and about an hour later, Tom called me to tell me that it was done. Fantastic!!! I have used them before for windows and glass and shower doors. Great service.

Brandon and Steve did an EXCELLENT job! First of all, Bull's Glass & Screen came in with the lowest bid for the job, and the work was done in a very timely and profssional manner. Brandon and Steve worked very efficiently, cleaned up well after themselves, and obviously knew what they were doing. . I would definitely go with Bull's Glass again!!! Beautiful job!

See above. All dimensions perfect. Quick. Great service. And local too. Worked with both Jason and Brandon. Jason even helped me load all four pieces into my vehicle. Bull is in Cupertino and the install is in San Francisco; but we could not find a better provided anywhere close to Bernal Heights in San Francisco.

The individual who measured and installed the broken glass (Mac) was a true professional. He measured, ordered the glass and then installed making our clock look brand new again. After installing the glass he made an extra effort by cleaning the new glass and cleaning up the area, we were very satisfied with the results.
The only slight issue was that the date they were going to install the glass, the glass pane broke and they had to reorder. The company apologized and then rescheduled for the next week. Absolutely no problems with the new pane.

We have an "eager to get outside" pet. When we called Bull's Glass & Screen, Brandon patiently walked us through our choices. During the estimate, Steve helped fix a sagging interior door for free - a simple repair but when you are frazzled and don't have the right screws, it can be tricky. The upgraded pet screen was worth the extra cost. We choose a gray screen because it makes it hard to see inside for a bit of extra privacy, plus lets in more light. It took a week for the screens we wanted to be ordered, custom made and delivered, install took as long as expected (2.5hrs), and we now have screen doors ready to go when the weather gets better.
While the price may seem high (to some), when we broke down the costs and labor and took into consideration that it took my husband and his father 2x the time (plus oodles of swearing) to get the last set of screen doors hung, it was worth it.

I called Bull's Glass to find out if the broken glass could be replaced. Their glass technician Mac, came to my house
measured for the replacement glass. Explained details about how the replaced glass would be installed. I agreed to the price
for glass and installation. Mac came back on the agreed date and time and did the repair. He is very professional, explaining details of the repair. Disposed of the glass and other debris. I was very satisfied with Mac's workmanship.

I have used Bull's for years. They have replaced multiple screen doors (necessary due to kids and pet damage), installed cat doors in my screens (to save them) and have helped me get parts to fix shower doors and the like in my home. On my latest trip they told me to try the fix myself as they thought i could do it with the part and I could, saving me money (so now i can get another pet door). Great service from Josh, Nick and Brandon. They always answer the phones promptly and they are my "go to" place.

I called first because I thought the job was too small. It wasn't. They didn't even hesitate, just told me to bring everything in. First, Hodis is the nicest person to work with.She measured the glass, quoted the price based on the size and called out the guys that would do the jobs. Brandon did one and Nick did the other and they were ready the next day.
My windows are back in place and they look fantastic.
My cabin is 400 miles away, I brought down 2 screens that I need replaced and I'm going back to Bulls.

We suspected that there were seal issues with a couple of our bedroom windows. After contacting the manufacturer they sent out an inspector and he recommended replacing the glass in approximately 20 of our windows. They'd provide the glass, but the replacement labor was on us. We called around and chose Bulls Glass.
The installers did a great job. They showed up on time and were ready to go to work. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a few of the glass replacements and after I contacted the manufacturer, the lead installer spoke to the person in real time and described the issue. The manufacturer sent out replacement glass and the installers returned to finish the job.

It went very well. They were very helpful in coaching me re: how to get help under warranty from Milgard for a broken patio door latch. They were prompt thorough. We went back and forth re: scheduling because it was unclear at first whether the repair might be under warranty with the manufacturer. It wasn't.

Went into the shop in the afternoon. Jason took the order was careful in measuring as well as seeing if the shop had the right kind of mirror ie size and thickness. The job was completed the next morning. Brandon retrieved the mirror which was wrapped to protect the corners of the frame. He unwrapped the mirror so I could inspect the work and then re wrapped the mirror. In the past I have had screen doors repaired with excellent workmanship and quick turn around time.
