BILL RESPONDED TO MY DESPERATE CRY FOR HELP ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. HE WAS RESPONSIVE RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS AND ARRIVED ON SITE FOR AN EVALUATION A DAY LATER. HE STARTED WORK WHEN HE PROMISED AND FINISHED WITHIN TWO DAYS. THE RESULT WAS GREAT AND HE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
