+ -1 moreHe gave fair, honest estimates, completed the work in a timely manner, keep us updated about progress, issues and price adjustments, helped us trouble shoot some projects we were completing ourselves and proved to be trustworthy in our home. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone I know!
Description of Work: Brian helped us with several different general contractor/handyman issues (both large and small) in prepping our home to sell. He updated a bathroom (new vanity, sink, mirror, cabinet, light, fan, tile floor), fixed many plumbing and electrical issues (issue with the panel as well as installing ceiling lights), hung a new interior door, fixed a phone jack, and a sticky door knob. The biggest issue was with the foundation. We had several failed jacks under our house in the crawlspace that he replaced.
