I used him because, he received great reviews in the past. I called him, and he was the first person to call me back. He was extremely responsive, and worked hard to get it fixed, as soon as possible. I live out of town, and he let me mail my check in to him. All and all it was a great experience.

This company came out and estimated the problem. When the work began, they found out that the problem was more serious then they thought. They had to go underneath the floor. They have very reasonable pricing and they explained what all needed to be done. They did excellent work. It only took them three days to finish. It was a messy job with the tear out and all but they were always cleaning up after themselves. They did a timely job and very persistent.
