I wanted a high end florist for a special bouquet so I contact Bloomsters in Almaden San Jose, for the first time, they specialize in exotic flowers. I gave my order to the store manager (Riemore) and when I received my invoice via email they messed up on the card! Instead of saying "passing of your grandmother" they said "passing of your father"! and if that wasnt bad enough they make two other typos on the card!
when I discoverd this I called the florist and the mgr had left for the day, I talked with Scott, who was very nice, and he credited my card for the pricey amount of $181.81 and resent another bouquet. I took me a long time to cool down after that major mess up!

I wanted to get a small tasteful floral bouquet for my teenage daughter. She was in a play and I wanted to give her some flowers after her performance. I called and asked if Bloomsters had ever done this and they were very familiar. I told her I wanted to spend about $15. and would pick it up in a few days. She asked me about colors of flowers and gave me some advice and I ordered the flowers. I went to pick them up and they were beautiful. They had a beautiful ribbon and seemed to be way more than $15 worth. My daughter loved them and I will use them for any future floral purchases. Outstanding work!
