They are very punctual. They know what they are doing and explain everything as they go along such as clips might break since the blinds were very old. Did ask if I wanted to proceed once I was told the risk and the cost of repair.

He was the nicest man. He was so honest it was incredible. He told me he could sell me a new string for my blinds, or he could fix the one I have. So for the basic" I show up fee" of 68.00 and 35.00 for the new closure, he didn't charge me a thing. I asked him if I needed a new blind, and he said that would cost me 3 times what fixing it would cost. I would hire him again any time. Thanks
