The keys to a successful installation are the product and the skill of the installers. Bittick's always has great products from whihc to choose and their instalers are totally professional. This was the fourth installation (of various products) by thiscompany.

These people absolutely knocked themselves out to meet my needs.
I needed to replace an old hall runner rug in time for the visit of some friends. I first got to Bittick's on a Saturday less than two hours before closing, and needed the new rug a week later. I had very specific size, texture, and color requirements, but it is difficult for me to make color decisions based on samples in the store. The rug had to be made from carpeting which had to be ordered, so the time frame was very tight. I needed someone to quickly narrow down the choices for me from the vast array of what was on display in the store.
Mark immediately tuned in to what my needs were, and gave his full attention to helping me reach a quick decision, even though this was a relatively small amount of business for them. He quickly zeroed in on the brand of carpeting that could be delivered in time, and explained all the other options, some of which I'd never heard of. I had a really hard time distinguishing among the various shades that were available of the color I wanted, and the more I tried the more confused I became. Thankfully, Stephanie had the ability to understand what I was looking for and to make this judgment. When I walked out of the store, I was amazed to realize that this had all gotten done with 3/4 hr. still left until closing.
The following Monday they called to say that the specific carpeting chosen was out of stock at the manufacturer. I had no time to revisit their store, and because I had so much confidence in them, I authorized them to pick something else. This raised the cost by $100. When I went to pick up the new rug, I found that Mark had been able to work things out so that the additional cost was only $40 more.

We had initially checked out Bittick's awhile back when we were looking at having carpet installed- but found a better carpet deal at Costco. We had planned on having new linoleum installed also, style previously chosen at Bittick's- Called Marty (had dealt with him while there) and asked for a follow-up re-measure and quote. We had a couple of other quotes and Bittick's was the best installed price. Purchased and arranged for installation- Paid 1/2 upon initial order and other 1/2 upon completion of installation.
Showroom has lots of choices- As always, it helps to have some idea of what you want before you go, but Marty was helpful in making selections.
Installation went really well- Steve and his nephew Jason arrived on time and did a really good job. We had some molding installed as well; we have been very pleased with the result. Jason stayed into the evening to complete the job.
Can't think of anything that might have improved our experience with Bittick's.

I needed this carpet moved for an appraisal I was having. I called them and they were great about setting up an appointment within the week. Not only did they agree to do it within a week but they did it
with a smile and understanding. They were willing to accommodate me when
no one else would. I can't thank them enough for helping me out in a
jam.

a new carpet and new linoleum in the small bathroom. They started off well by removing the old linoleum that the carpet was to now cover. They did this well and carefully. But, in the bathroom, the linoleum was so badly installed that they had to completely redo it. They assured me the carpet was a commercial type and would resist stains, but I already have several stains. It seems much more prone to stain than any other carpet I've had. I'm disappointed

The gentleman, Mike Collins, was excellent to deal with. On time to quote and measure. The only issue was they put the wrong carpet in one of the closets which they came back to redo at no extra charge since it was their error, but it required more time on my part to manage.

They did a good job. They are very personable.

We had excellent service and results from them. They did a nice installation job, met their time frame and cleaned up everything. We had a realtor that highly recommended them. We went to their show room several years ago and also recently went back to them to investigate some other work for my mother and are in the process of getting estimates from elsewhere as well. We went back to them first because of the experience we had. We had excellent results from pricing, responsiveness, timeliness, clean up and product.

Installation was compete in about 5 hours. Installer was punctual, friendly and professional. He even helped me move back some furniture. Room looks great!

We're very happy with the completed work! The carpet looks and feels great. There was one small problem which I noticed after the installers left. They had someone come and fix it very quickly.

They removed and replaced the old flooring, linoleum, and sub-floor. We had a couple of linoleum-type floors. They put in a new sub-floor and installed all new flooring. I was very pleased with the installation. I was very happy with this company. The seams are hardly noticeable.

Very good company. They did an excellent job. I had them out twice because of water damage I had. They are really good. The first time they carpeted the whole house and the 2nd time they carpeted 1 room because of water damage. They go out of their way to do things right.
