Once again, I am very pleased with the quality of the work.  Bill gives a fair and complete bid, supervises his workers professionally, an ensures the job is complete as promised.  We have used Bill's Brush Works for years for both interior and exterior painting and have always been extremely satisfied.  He has also been a good source for advice on choosing paint colors and on making minor repairs.

They are dependable, they are reliable, they do good work, they stand behind their work, and they come out when they say they will come out. They are busy, but he will tell you he can do it at such and such a time. If I am happy with somebody, I want to work with them again, and I asked him if he can send the same people for the next job, and he said it was okay. He has worked for me 2 other times, and I have been very happy.

Bill sent his crew to my house on a daily basis until all the work was completed. They made every effort to leave my house clean every day. They took great care to cover and tape every open spot that could possibly get splattered. They removed all hardware and were nice enough to replace them with the shiny new ones that I had bought. Sometimes this took extra time and effort which they willingly expended, generally leaving my house clean and sparkly.

I had to have them come back a second time to caulk the seams that were missed, clean paint off the driveway (which had just been refinished) paint spots that were missed. A couple weeks later I noted that he didn't paint my chimney and when I brought it to his attention he wanted to charge me an additional $75.00 to come out and paint it. This didn't make me very happy and I wrote him a letter asking him to make good. He offered to split the cost. I think this is just being petty. I paid him $1600 to paint my house which I'm finding out after the fact was not cheap. I understand that it was an oversight, but I don't understand why he can't make good. This chimney is just a small box that sits on top of the roof. I'm sure it wouldn't have added to the price. When I said this to him, his response was, "it might have."
