Owner showed up with all of the tools, diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes, described the problem and gave me the repair costs. Total labor (including $20 house call) was $115 and parts were $51. Specialist had repair parts with him. Job was completed within an hour and TV now works perfectly. One visit, one repair, and very inexpensive relative to most costs for TV repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and quick resolution to a dead TV.
