BETTER WAY TO MOVE

I recently made a long distance move from IL to CA. A professional moving company packed and shipped my belongings from my home in IL to a storage unit in CA. I contacted Better Way To Move to move belongings from a storage unit to a permanent residence, I was quoted a 3-hour minimum,the move occurred in 3 hours,but I was charged for 5. I was told the company used their own trucks & their own employees & that 3 men would perform the job;4 men,2 of whom were day laborers appeared for the job.The movers appeared in a rented vehicle. I was quoted free packaging materials for the move (already professionally packed), yet was charged for 12 rolls of tape at $20/each & for a wardrobe that was unnecessary (allegedly free)! After being charged for 5 hours labor (3 hrs actual time), for unused materials (which were quoted as free), an additional charge for 1 day laborer (not quoted) - I paid $575. for a move that should have cost a maximum of $300. They even had the audacity to request a tip!
