When I ordered the test, I clearly specified testing for both the living area and the attic. But the test report comes back without any samples collected in the attic.

They came in and took samples. They are very up to date on technologies. They aren't a widely used service but they do a very good job and they are recommended by many insurance companies. They do follow up as well at no additional cost. Overall experience with company was good, they are very professional and work in detail.
