"We did everything possible to please this customer. Quality of work was correct based on the circumstances. Customer was adamant that the wall to be removed was not load bearing, which it was. There was also unforeseen electrical issues once this wall was opened up. I advised this customer that the supporting studs could not be removed unless the load bearing beam was secured. This customer refused to have the beam secured. As such we could not move forward and only charged for the materials that were used."
