Brian Heggen is the worst contractor you can have for any project: he refused to tell you what he would do to your house and he yelled me inside my house. It’s a nightmare.

Work was of good quality, but it took much longer (many months) than promised. Overall, the contract price was higher than expected (though within the bid). Work was begun in Oct 04 and finished May 05.
