Overall, they were some of the best contractors we've ever worked with and we have used many over the years. We will definitely be hiring them again for some smaller projects and I would recommend Russ and his crew without hesitation.

Small job, but one I didn't feel confident doing myself: 1930 house with knob and tube in ceiling, and I needed to replace a light fixture. The wire insulation was in bad shape, and there wasn't a proper box for a modern fixture. The electrician was prompt, and did a great job re-insulating the wires, putting in a box, and even attached the new light fixture for me. He was on time, polite, professional, clean and fast.
Planning on using them again soon for other work.

Our bathroom outlet was emitting smoke and smelled like burning plastic when using the hair dryer. Russ answered his phone promptly and was available to do the work the next day. He called in the morning to let us know he could come earlier and kept us informed about his estimated arrival time. When he arrived, my husband asked him to be quiet because our baby was napping. The baby never heard anything, even though we have a very small house. Russ brought shoe covers to wear, which was very much appreciated because it was raining *and* we don't wear shoes in our house. He removed the old outlet and found that the junction box was not properly supporting the old GFI plug and the wire was not insulated, therefore heating up the plastic and causing it to smoke. He replace the old outlet with a new one. He had asked whether it was ivory or white on the phone and I told him ivory, but when doing the work asked if he could use a white one instead. He worked quickly and quietly and was very pleasant to deal with at what we thought was a reasonable rate. We would hire him again.

He did a very good job. I use him all the time when I need electrical work. He is very professional and a nice man to do business with. He always gets the job done quickly. My overall opinion on his service is that he handles his work and business very well. The last time he came out, he even installed the wiring to my outdoor fountain. I will continue to use him.
