He really helped me from the ground up to get everything ready for rental. He went through all the heather vents, replaced anything that was making excess noise. He looked at every faucet and toilet. He just did an incredible service. He is really well educated on mold removable and making sure it doesn't come back. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He was always on time. He did re-clean work. When he was painting and sanding, he kept everything very clean. I would highly recommended him to anyone looking for this type of work. He kept me educated during the whole process.

Bryan was wonderful--honest, very competent. neat, and easy to work with and communicate with.
Another handyman told me that I needed to change my electrical from 110 to 220 volts, and several providers quoted me $500 to $600 to do that. Bryan knew from the age of the house that I already had 220 voltage available, came out to verify that, and saved me considerable money through his honesty. He was thorough, and explained everything that he was going to do clearly. He was very competent, and did a very professional job, cleaned up after himself, and was a real human being to work with. He was understanding when I explained that I wanted to clean up the baked on residue under the old cooktop ledge before he installed the new one.
In short, a great experience, and I would recommend him highly.

Bryan is timely and knowledgeable . My house is 51 years old and needs a lot of time and energy. Bryan re-textured my master bath (original texture had started to flake), installed new lighting and painted the master bedroom and bathroom. I was having flooring installed in my kitchen and family room when I realized the dishwasher needed to be removed before install the next day. I called Bryan at 7pm that night and he was at my house by 8am the next morning pulling the dishwasher out. He also informed me that the tile counter would need to be cut to get the dishwasher back into the same spot. Something my floor installer probably should have thought about telling me or perhaps the tile installer when the boarder went slightly over the front of the dishwasher! When the flooring was complete he returned to re-install the dishwasher. At the time of re-install he also added a shut-off valve for the water under my sink. He made the tile cut to get the dishwasher back into the space. Bryan was referred to me and I plan on using him for many projects around my house. As you can tell, Bryan has quickly become my go to guy. He thinks a few steps ahead and is always prepared with tools and time allocation.
