THEY DID AN OK JOB, BUT DID NOT SEEM COMPLETELY COMPETENT. THEY HAD TO RETURN TWICE TO SET THE TENSION PROPERLY ON THE OPENER, AND TO GET THE REMOTE CONTROLS TO WORK PROPERLY. DID NOT RETURN CALLS QUICKLY WHEN PROBLEM AROSE.
