+ -1 moreWhen Mr. Bambino, who the neighbors had used and recommended left, i used his business card that he gave me to call the State of California Contractors License Office, who said his state license to do plumbing work is "suspended" and he should not be doing plumbing of any sort. The State of California is evidently unable to stop him from working illegally.
Description of Work: Mr. Bambino came to our family home and inspected the hole down to the 4inch sewer line i had dug. And declined to do the job, after agreeing over the phone on a price of "$200".
