Excellent! I have been using Phil Bailey and his crew to paint my two story wood shingle house every 4-5 years for probably the last 20 years as well as interior painting maybe at 10 year frequencies.The painting has also involved some shingle replacement and nailing, paint matching and change orders. He and his workers handled the negotiations and work performance/cleanliness very professionally. While we did have some disagreements (which were more of a minor nature), the resolution turned out to be quite fair.Finally,Phil is very well organized,which I experienced to be a big plus in the planning of the job and very refreshing for the contractor business world.

Phil's team had been painting houses in the neighborhood. We liked what we saw of his work and what the neighbors said. He came and painted our house a week later, finishing early.

All his work held up beautifully. We were especially happy with our kitchen cabinets since this is a tedious job.
He had his set-up in our garage for the kitchen cabinet doors. He tented the garage so nicely, you didn't see a drop of paint anywhere once he was finished. These were very old cabinets. He sanded them, primed them, sanded them and primed them again, sprayed them two coats. They turned out just beautifully.
He uses quality paint because the rooms lasted forever. The paint was still in good shape. We remodeled recently with a general contractor who performed everything. The only reason we didn't bring Phil back was because the contract with the GM included the painting. But we're bringing Phil back again for our kitchen. We are planning to paint our current cabinets and have already received a very reasonable quote from Phil. Although there have been many obstacles starting this job, we definitely know he's the painter we will be using in the near future.
I've also recommended him several times.

Fantastic! Phil has 20+ years of painting experience and is professional, trustworthy, dependable, competitively priced and he's a nice guy. The drywall patching he did is seamless -I can't tell where the holes were. The paint job is excellent. He arrived on time, covered my furniture and brand-new hardwood floors and left the place in good shape.

THEY DID AN ACCEPTABLE JOB ON THE PAINTING OF THE HOUSE. THEY WERE CLEAN AND COURTEOUS, AND TRIED TO DO THE JOB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS VERY WELL.

PHIL AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE AWESOME! I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO PAINT THE WALLS A TERRA COTTA RED AND THE TRIM WHITE AND DO IT SO QUICKLY AND CLEANLY, WITHOUT GETTING THE WRONG COLORS IN THE WRONG PLACES! THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF HERE PROMPTLY. THEY COVERED THE FURNITURE, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, THEY DISRUPTED OUR FAMILY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE.
