Electrical Service
WE WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE OUR PRICE WITH HIM. HE GAVE US A NICE PROPOSAL WITH COLOR PRINTOUTS OF WHAT HE WAS TO DO. UNFORTUNATELY, HIS CREW RAN INTO MUCH HARD ROCK UNDER OUR SIDEWALK, AND HE HAD TO BUY SEVERAL NEW TOOLS AND RENT A JACK HAMMER TO BREAK UP THE ROCK. EVENTUALLY THEY GOT THROUGH, BUT IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO THE ROCK. (SO WE PAID HIM A LITTLE MORE.) THEY DID A NICE JOB COMPLETING THEIR WORK. I AM GLAD WE WENT WITH HIM SINCE HE PROPOSED HIDING THE CONDUIT. THE OTHER CONTRACTER WAS GOING TO RUN IT OUTSIDE AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN EYESORE.
