We had a tight budget, a super tight timeline, high expectations, and next to zero experience with remodeling.  We were skeptical and wary and probably high maintenance as far as customers go. :)
Stepping away from it all, we couldn't be happier with the service that Tony and his team provided.  They delivered our project on time and within budget.  Tony helped us to learn the ropes around picking out granite, floors, toilets, cabinets, and tile and patiently answered our many questions.  Most importantly, he and his team always showed up on time and did the work they had committed to do.  After hearing horror stories from others about their experiences with contractors, I can't believe how lucky we were to find Tony and his team.
I would recommend Tony to others and we will definitely call him if we have future work that needs to be done.

I was extremely impressed with Tony Maniscalco's professionalism, accuracy and dependability.  He has been extremely responsive to any and all questions, etc. I have.  He started the process with me and recommended an an architect that was awesome and quick.  We were ready to break ground within two weeks of close of escrow.  Since there have been a ton of guys working on various stages of the house.  Neither I nor any of my friends have ever seen a house go up this fast.  We started on March 1st and are scheduled to be completely down by the first week of July.  At this point I can't see anything that would preclude that from happening.Tony has accommodated all of my requests, integrated my design and construction wishes and been able to offer suggestions on the best way to put certain things together.  His team is professional and courteous as well.  I have been over there multiple times and have never met a crew member that I didn't like.  They have also been very respectful of my house even thought it's not finished it.  We are in the process of putting the final touches on.  It has been great working with Tony on this project and am looking forward to enjoying our awesome house once it is done.  I'll update once it's finished.
