It was an inspection visit and Belsin did a fantastic job in inspecting the HVAC unit whereby he explained all that he was doing, things to watch out for and as well what things needs attention and as well the frequency for the same. Extremely satisfied and would hire him/Atlas Trillo for anything HVAC that I may ever get my way. Absolute recommendation.

Serviced and upgraded existing furnace, new thermostat, and replaced induction blower motor assembly. The 25 year old furnace has new life, and is now working as advertised – kinda gives me a warm feeling all over! The service professional, Mirko, was courteous and quite informative. I was impressed enough to request his services for a furnace in another location the very next day.

Have you used Atlas Trillo for many years as we have? Well, it was really odd when I called up to have them come out to check out the furnace they installed 15 years ago. We used them for our old house 25 years ago, for AC 20 years ago, duct work 4 years ago, furnace fixes. THEY HAD NO RECORDS ON US. The reason? This is NOT the family owned company anymore. It was sold in 2016 to a corporation that bought the name only. They used to be the best! Now, umm, not so sure. Rating on Angies list have been very low (C's). That is why. I'm going another direction for a new furnace. They are the company that Home Depot uses, so if that impresses you... $149 diagnostic fee.

Atlas Trillo Has provided excellent customer from start to finish. Sales Rep Timmy Ton was awesome, he listened to our needs and provided an honest quote and personable. Our install team was top notch Jesus and Vu came in and removed the old HVAC unit and installed the new equipment. They where very nice and knowledgeable, the install took two days and at the end of the work day they cleaned up after themselves and left my home super clean. Jesus and Vu are an awesome team and I was lucky to have them do my install. They also made sure that I understood how to use my new Nest Pro thermostat and how to use all the special energy saving modes. I will definitely recommend Atlas Trillo to my family and firiends and they provide professional and also personable service. Thank you again, Walter -T

This is the company that Home Depot uses to install HVAC's. They are the worst. We signed end of October and by January I had to fire them. Two failed inspections, horrible set up, unresponsive, shorted out my new lights, unskilled....the list goes on. Had to get corporate (not HD because they wouldn't do anything) involved, they even apologized for the company. When the new vendor came in, they had to uninstall the system (I gave Atlas a week to come and do themselves, but they never showed. They took another 3 weeks to come and get the units) and found the fan was black as it shorted out (and could have caused a fire). We had told them something was wrong as the heater kept coming on, but wouldn't stay on, so it would start and stop several times, but they couldn't figure it out. They weren't suppose to charge me until it passed inspection, but they did it anyways without my approval. The only saving grace was corporate telling me I can return and get a full refund which I did. The new guys, came in and uninstalled/installed in 1 day. They came back a couple more times to fix all the screw ups that Atlas did so it would pass inspection, all and all it took the new company less than a week, but it took Atlas from Oct - Jan to do a hack job. The new company was less expensive even with all the fixing they had to do and passed inspection with flying colors. Do not use Home Depot to recommend vendors and don't use Atlas which is also Roto Rooter in the area.

I called and made an appointment for today. They called and left a message sounding like they were confirming .. but what they did was cancel the appointment and then the lady was down right rude about it. They've done work for us in the past, but the quality was poor and the cost was high. This company is awful.

Beyond bad. Initial Install December 2016. Took 6 visits to complete. FInally done second week of April. Poor quality install because they are lazy. punched holes in walls and did not patch, install was not to code. Every time they sent someone out I was told, OH, that is not my job and they left. They do not return phone calls. The person you need to talk to when you do get through is never available. Did not get things completed until I called the City inspector and threatened a lawsuit. Took 4 months start to finish. They install for Home Depot. Be prepared to be disappointed.

No one from Atlas Trillo ever called me or showed up that night!!! It is now Tuesday and my air conditioner is unusable. I am very disappointed and frustrated that no one from their company ever contacted me regarding this serious problem. I'm hoping that there isn't a lot of water damage in my ceiling because of this leak.

I'm a pretty patient person. We signed the contract on 9/14/16 to have the work done but told them we couldn't start right away. They said that was ok. By the next week the front office was calling me asking how the install went and wanted to charge me for the full amount. What? We hadn't set a start date and they hadn't been out. That's where things started to go downhill. Couldn't reach the salesperson as his message box was full, finally someone called me and said it was a mistake and they'll take care of it. Fast forward: I scheduled a time and they would come out 10/4 and it would take 4 days. They day before they called me and said they couldn't come until 10/5. I said no problem. The guys came and started work. They worked on Saturday and still were not done so they said they'd come back Monday. (NOTE: I have to mention the guy doing the work did a great job in communicating expectation and he was working super hard. Found out by Monday he was really sick.) Monday they started late and were still working by time I got home. That's when the guy told me he wasn't going to be able to finish because he had to go to hospital that night. He was going to detail everything out that needed to be done and someone should be out to finish that week. We wished him speedy recovery and waited. No call from office, so I called 10/13 just to find out the plan. Finally GM called me and said electrical panel was old and needed to be replaced. I explained the guys that came out to bid looked at the panel and said there was enough room why is it a problem now? They sent an electrician out on 10/14 to review, he said we should replace panel but he there was room, the issue was finding the breakers. To my surprise he found and installed that day. On 10/18 GM called back and said we needed to replace panel and he would do it at his cost. Was surprised when I told him the breakers were already changed out. I didn't think this was an issue. In the meantime still nothing done to finish job. Finally the same guy who started the job came out to finish. He was pulled off another job to come on 10/19. He got it to the point of pressure test but since no drywell, would not pass inspection. So here it is 10/28 still no drywell to pass inspection, holes in wall from old wall heaters removed, hole in ceiling where new access was cut and a company who will not call back even after multiple attempts to contact them. Oh, and they charged my credit card for the full cost of the project that isn't even complete. I also need to note that I had to call, and keep calling because I was afraid my 86 year old mother who is living here and has had a couple bouts with pneumonia was at risk because we had no heat for those couple weeks. There is so much more, GM telling employees not to do something that was promised (and written) in contract, GM telling me that his employee said I was "angry", which I recalled the conversation and that's not the case. Angry is what I am now, 3 weeks in and still no resolution. I would have given them higher marks for the work the employees did (any thing higher than an F is only for the workers), however the GM ruined everything with the manner in which he does business. Poor customer service!

Installed a 2 speed gas furnace rated for 80% efficiency, and 3.5 ton air conditioner in a two story house.  Both are Bryant brand.  I contacted Atlas Trillo  after being dis-satisfied with the first two quotes ($10k for first quote.  The second person made it clear he was just going through the motions of scoping out the job.  I wasn't surprised when I never heard back from him).  Both companies were well rated on Angies list.

The Atlas Trillo Sales Rep arrived on schedule, and thoroughly walked me through what would be done, and what options were available.  We went with a two speed heater.  The fan is more electrically efficient, operating at a lower speed when the difference in temperature between the setting and the actual temp is 3 degrees or less.  The two man install crew arrived on time at 8 AM, and were done before 5 PM.  Work included removable of the old furnace, and installation of the new furnace and AC coil in the garage.  The compressor was installed outside at the side of the house. Electrical conductors were run from the CB panel to the compressor, and the refrigerant lines (supply and return) were routed from the compressor to the coil.  We already had a nest thermostat, so they ran the necessary multiple wire cable to it.  Finally, a condensate pump was installed next to the compressor.  It routes any accumulated condensate from the AC to the garage sink drain.

I have used AtlasTrillo Heating and Air Conditioning to install and service the HVAC systems at my home and office. They are a well-established, family-owned firm now being operated by the third generation.
AtlasTrillo installed modern, efficient equipment quickly and without mess, and saved me a good chunk of money both on the install and in monthly operating costs. The systems run quietly and trouble-free.
The only thing I have ever needed is regular maintenance, and that is always hassle-free. Their personnel are friendly, show up on time and never leave a mess.
I wish that all home service firms were this easy to deal with.
Five stars!

Ralph meticulously inspected both my heater and air conditioner to see if everything was performing correctly.  He cycled the AC and the furnace and tested the timing, air flow and the various mechanical components of both items.  Ralph also cleaned the condenser coil and replaced filters.
After performing the above service, it is now obvious that both the AC and the furnace are running more efficiently.  Because of the complete and careful service that Ralph performed, I am enjoying a more efficient and a cleaner running AC/furnace system.  Most importantly, I am saving money every month because of this!
I heartily recommend Atlas Trillo Heating and Air Conditioning to anybody for their heating and air conditioning needs.  The people at Atlas Trillo are very knowledgeable about their products, have excellent products, and are very sensitive to your needs.  And most importantly, they are very punctual, professional and very open to your concerns that you may have.
