David showed up during the assigned time slot, introduced himself and got straight to it. I showed him the outside drain line & where the condenser pump was. He asked a few questions and then started to trouble shoot the issue. After inspecting the pump, he poured water directly into the drain line to see if the pump would switch on and it did. He did this 4 separate times, with the A/C on and off and each time the pump kicked on and drained the water. We discussed a couple possibilities as to why I was not seeing the water drain, but since the pump drained while he was here & there were no signs of water damage by the pump anywhere, he didn't think the pump was malfunctioning. I appreciated the honesty and thanked him for his time.

No sooner had I posted a request for AC service, than I received a call from David to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. David called that morning to see if he could come earlier, which was even better. He quickly diagnosed the issue as the capacitors on the compressor fan. He replaced those, and then checked the operation of the AC. He also reattached the electrical cut-of box for the compressor to my garage wall at no extra charge. He also provided a quote for replacing an old whole-house fan. Very knowledgeable and professional!

David was highly professional, experienced, and communicated clearly about the needed repair. The diagnostic fee and repair costs were very fair and affordable. Fred did the scheduling on the phone and was conscientious, helpful, and accommodating. This is a trustworthy business that treats its customers with respect.
