Overall the work they did was pretty good. Overall, the car looks really nice, my only complaint about their work is that they replaced a quarter panel and the paint blend isn't perfect. Its really close and its hard to see the difference but it is different. The car is more than 10 years old so I don't know what my expectations should be. I decided it wasn't worth the effort to fix so i didn't bring it up with them.
Overall I was happy with their quality of work and service and I would use them again in the future.

They were quick and they did an awesome job. They put a new bumper and I can’t tell the difference between the front and back bumpers of my car. The workers were great.

These parts were damaged while I was parked in a library parking lot by a woman who mistook the gas for the clutch on her car and did a doughnut, crashing into my parked car

During a storm, the tree next to my driveway fell over and hit my Saturn VUE. The tree was fairly small so the damage was small -- a dent on my hood and some scratches to the side panels. I went to Arseen Auto Body since they are associated with my auto insurance company (GEICO). I dropped the car off on Wednesday, the adjuster took pictures and called me a few hours later with the estimate (The total cost for repairs was $1788, my deductible is $250). They said the car would be ready on the following Tuesday, which it was. I picked up the car, everything looks great. They did fine work. All the people I met with were very professional. Enterprise Car Rental had a desk there, and I was able to drive the rental car off from there. The process went very smoothly.
