Great. Ed Ramirez showed up right on time. He was very polite and professional. He cut out the bad section (leaking) and replaced it with new ABS pipe and fittings. This included a "P" trap, a vent pipe, a drain pipe for the washing machine, and a drain pipe for the water softening unit. This involved gluing a large number of joints, and the end product fit perfectly in place. I used to work for the San Jose Water Company, so I can really appreciate his workmanship. We would definitely recommend Arroyo Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Excellent job; he could not help with another problem we had, but suggested an excellent contractor. This worked out very well for us.

I found them through them on another website and while I was on the website, I received the call from the provider that they are wiling to come to do the job.  I was a clog and they found that we are putting things in the lines that is clogging the lines. They responded very quickly. They quoted the price and when they finished the job it was quick so they reduced the quoted price.

They were very professional and responsive. Thanh arrived within a couple of hours, even though it wasn't requested as any rush. He was pleasant, professional and explained what was needed. He did the work on the spot and quickly. I am very happy with the service.

I had Arroyo Plumbing replace my broken Garbage Disposer.
A gentleman named Tranh showed up within an hour of my phone call and gave me an estimate. Then he went off to his plumbing supply store to buy the Disposer. He was back in ~45 minutes and got right to work. After emptying out everything inside of my Sink Cabinet he cleaned the floor, even having to use a putty knife to remove some 17 year old gunk and stuff. Then he took out the broken disposer and drain piping. He saw that the drain was partially clogged so he took it outside and using my hose and a piece of stiff wire he cleaned that out.
Then he replaced the drain pipe and strainer in the left hand sink. He had to cut some pipes to fit. The New Garbage Disposer (an InSinkerator 1/2 HP Badger 5) presented some problems but after quite awhile of trying he finally coaxed it into place.
Tranh worked very hard the whole time he was here, over 4 hours, and I was very impressed with his work.
I will certainly call Arroyo Plumbing and ask for Tranh by name for my next plumbing job.

The water was installed in the morning before 10AM. When I came home from work that same day just after 6pm, there was 2" of standing water in the garage and the drywall next to the water heater was also soaked like a wet sponge. I called Arroyo plumbing and they had service tech out there within 2 hours. It turns out the installer over tightened the cold water connection and destroyed the underlying washer, thus causing the leak. Arroyo refused to address the water damage to the drywall, and only offered to replace the water heater stand by charging $120 per hour for labor. Obviously, the customer should not pay to fix an issue that was caused by poor installation. Had the installation been done properly, then no additional work would be required. Although I did appreciate Arroyo's responsiveness, I cannot recommend them due their unwillingness to do the right thing by fixing the damage caused by their poor workmanship.
