Pete did the initial repairs on our pool ($610 of the $1750 amount noted above) from years of neglect by the former owner.  Pete came out and did the repairs over the course of a week.  The other $1140 was for a new filter that we decided needed to be installed (the old filter worked but it needed constant cleaning - literally almost daily in order to heat the pool or work the spa).  When I told him how the filter was needing to be cleaned so often, he said he could have a new filter installed the next business day (he even took my call on a Saturday when my heater wouldn't kick on).  Sure enough, the next day I came home and my filter was installed.  Pete has a crew for regular weekly maintenance, but he continues to service our pool/spa himself to insure that no other issues come up and that it's working just right.  When it hit 95+ degrees this week, I was sooo appreciative of our working pool and how hard Pete worked to get it up and running and looking fantastic.  I like that Pete doesn't push products on us, doesn't advocate for the most expensive items when things need to be fixed, and literally sits down and walks us through any pool-related item we need to know about.  Their customer service is top notch!!
