Terrible, never got to agreed to a decent price , we carried a conversation from 10AM to 7pm to end up to a higher quote? I ended up having nightmares Not a good experience

I too was involved in the conversation for all those hours because I truly care about all my customers and really wanted to help you out. I was actually still waiting for a response. After advising you on the difference between ADA height toilets and regular round bowl, you seemed to agree with my opinion that it would probably be more comfortable for your elderly mother to have a taller toilet. I was simply thinking about her needs vs selling you the cheapest possible low toilet that would cause her problems. I did everything I could to come to an agreement on price and understand that we won’t get every job but F ratings are usually reserved for someone who actually works for you and does a bad job. I simply offered my professional opinion and provided a price. I’m sorry that my quote caused you nightmares. Hopefully you got everything worked out for your mom."

Aqualine did an excellent job! Over the weekend, our washing machine drain started overflowing onto the floor whenever it was pumping water out. We called to make an appointment over the weekend, and they showed up on Monday afternoon. The technician was courteous, efficient, and did a great job. After snaking the line, the clog was cleared and the washer drained without overflowing. He explained his steps, discussed options, and got the job done at a very reasonable price. This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is important to note that the technician wore a mask, respected social distancing, and did a thorough job cleaning up prior to leaving. We will definitely use Aqualine for future plumbing needs!

I don't know the average runs. I don't have much to compare it to. It held its course until someone put some food down the trap again. We have to do it all over again. I wish there were a sign, don't put anything down the drain. They were out here when we were backed up. They would be my second choice.
