We rent and the dishwasher wasn't working well.  The items won't get washed properly.  Landlord has insurance for bad appliances and they had selected these folks to repair the dishwasher for us.  The tech came on 4/19 first and spend time to diagnose the problem.  When he came I told him all the symptoms.  For example I told him that most often dishes come out bad with food still sticking to items, often the soap dispenser has soak in it still when we open the dish washer.  And we have tried several different soaps and nothing seems to have worked.
He spent some time and asked us the problem was more severe on the top rack and we said yes.  He identified a few parts that were cracked and he felt that is the cause so he took pictures and said he would come back to fix it.  He came back on 5/16 when the parts were ready and put them in.  Since he had left we had been keeping a keen eye on the problems and we told him that 1 in 4 times roughly the soap dispenser lid does not open because we can hear it when we open the door of the dish washer at the end of the cycle.  And we said if that happens then no wonder the washing won't work right.
On hearing that he refused to acknowledge the problem.  He insisted that at the time when he was there the problem does not happen so he is not going to treat that as a problem.  He then also said that you need to call the insurance company again to schedule another appointment and pay for another visit.  I was shocked, because we had given him all of this information on the very first visit and when he decided to go for the part replacement we figured he wants to eliminate the problems one by one till he zeroes in on the real cause.
Anyhow I called their office and the person in charge there was worse!  She told me that we can't expect the tech to be there for 8 hours to observe the problem.  I told her why do you have to be there to see the problem?  We have gathered data for past 1 month and we are telling you what the problem is.  She kept on saying that unless that happens while we are there we can't fix the problem.
What bothered me the most was how unprofessional they were and that they took such an absurd line of reasoning that "tech can't be there for 8 hours to observe the problem happen"!!  Which service company can work by insisting that each symptom happen right in front of their eyes!!
I would advise people to stay clear of using them.  Or at least be very clear with what you expect them to do for you.  Don't assume that they would be reasonable.  I for one can't imagine myself using them.
