Apex Marble Inc

We were looking to replace an old off white cultured marble vanity top in our kids bathroom with a new granite top. We visited several stores in San Jose and some in the east bay, and ended up buying from Apex. Apex had a good collection and a good price. Our salesperson, George was very friendly, listened to our needs, walked around the showroom with us to show us what they had. When we wanted to see the "full surface" of some slabs they had stacked up, he immediately got someone with a fork lift to pull out the slabs we liked and put them next to each other for a better look. The manager, Raj, was also very helpful when we had some questions for him. The price for the slab at Apex was good and competitive, and we found that what they charged us for installation, including cutting holes for the sink and faucets was lower than at many other places. They were also available to deliver/install on a schedule that worked for us. Because we had already gone to several other places before we went to Apex, we decided to go ahead and make the purchase on that first visit as we already had multiple comparison points. The purchase and installation went well. The only reason I give them a "B" on "Punctuality" is that they had to postpone the installation date by one day, and they let us know just a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time of the delay. Not a big deal really, and they did install the very next day, but since I have given them an "A" on everything else, I thought I should point this out. Overall we are very happy with our purchase experience at Apex, with the choice, quality and price of the products available and their customer service was very good. We will definitely go there again for future needs and are happy to recommend this store to others.
