The inspection were well. The wood rot wood repair was AWFUL. Uneven beams, willy-nilly nail holes. They discarded some of their trash in my bushes. Poor workmanship overall.

Aaron was great, we had them services our house when we purchase the house. Their competitor recommended us to do a whole house tenting which is extremely costly. Aaron came back after the initial inspection and go through the areas the other inspectors claimed to have heavy sign of termite and ensured us that the whole house tenting is truly not necessary.
He was willing to work with us on schedule and pricing, which was really helpful when you just take the ownership of an house.
Update:
We spotted some sign of termite, Aaron quickly come back and inspect, then agreed additional service was needed after the initial treatment. He quickly scheduled a service for us and agreed to repair the damage free of charge.
Truly love a company that stand behind their works.

The workers replaced a beam in the structure of our house and replaced rafters in the structure of our roof. I had extensive termite damage on my home. I will be selling my home in the future. They did an awesome job.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE GUY THAT CAME WAS ON TIME, ACTUALLY EARLY, AND WAITING IN THE CAR UNTIL HIS DESIGNATED TIME. (ABOUT 9:30AM). HE DID THE INSPECTION, THEN WENT OVER ALL THE RESULTS WITH ME. THE ONLY THING THAT HE DIDN'T DO, WAS THE GARAGE, BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WE HAD TO MOVE EVERYTHING AWAY FROM THE WALLS. THERE WAS A FAILURE OF COMMUNICATION THERE. HE SAID THAT IF WE WANTED THE GARAGE DONE, THERE WOULD BE A EXTRA CHARGE FOR HIM TO COME OUT AGAIN.
