Knows appliances and what he is doing. Very prompt and will come out, as soon as he can. Very pleasant to work with.

His Father started this business and Jon took it over. If you leave a message, he will call you back. This company has been in business for over twenty five years. Not only do they know appliances but also recommend consumer products that give you a better result for certain washing. When they fixed the washer, they had to take the machine completely apart. They did a good job.
