It was disgusting. I feel he should not be in any business relationship with anyone. I have an upscale rental property. We contacted him through a reference by a property manager. He came out, took the order, came back and installed the blinds. One of the pieces did not have an end cap. It was in the kitchen. When we called him up and said we needed an matching end cap, he said the end cap would not fit. He finally came back and left an umatching endcap. We contacted him several times, after a week he did not respond to us. I had the property manager contact him and he did call us back. He came to my rental and my wife was speaking to him and he just walked out of the door in the middle of my wife's conversation. My wife is very calm, collected, and professional. He had an out of line attitude with her from the start. Like he had our money already and our needs did not matter any longer.
