They were very efficient. I would use their services again in the future.

One of the outlets he replaced was in the kitchen next to the stove, which is used quite often. When I went to use it, it did not work. I've been trying to reach him mostly through e-mail for 4 1/2 weeks now and I have not received a response back as of yet. His response time during working on the project was really good though. He showed up every morning on time. I did end up re-wiring the outlet myself. I am a little disappointed in the fact that he is not getting back to me therefore I do not think I will use him again.
