I got an appointment quickly. Wayne was punctual, professional and most importantly got my grandfather clock running! He took the time to explain the way the clock works and how we can keep it running. Very personable and friendly.

It was all very prompt. I called to be sure they were open,, I brought my clock in. It was examined and with a few drops of oil the movement was back to correct speed, and out I was.
