Exceeded expectations. After interviewing 3 other brokers and not being satisfied with their communication or informativeness. (I had hoped the credit union I belonged to would be a resource but the broker basically just rented a room there). We turned to Elva and were overwhelmed with the difference - she was excellent, far beyond the luke warm others that had been given to us by RE agents.(Came to conclusion - never use one suggested by your RE Agent - they kind of work on you and you are at a disadvantage). Elva knows so many programs and is a mini-economist keeping up on the market. She was absolutely wonderful. We would use her again. I could not recommend her more highly.

This was an excellent experience. Elva helped me to understand the different options that were available to me. Once we decided on the best option she moved the process through so that it was as painless as possible. Anytime I called with a question or concern she was more than willing to address the issue. She kept me posted all along the way so that I didn't need to be fearful or concerned about what was happening. She even came to the Title Company while I was signing the final papers. I have refinanced my home several times before this and never have I had an experience that was so smooth and painless. I would recommend Elva Wormley and Allied Home Mortgage in a heartbeat. She is ethical and honest in the way that she does business and is a wonderful person to work with. I will certainly go back to her if I need to refinance again or to take out a line of credit.
