John from All Clear came to give me the quote. On site, he offered me discount if I let him clean my gutters at the same time which I did. When I saw his work, I asked him if he will be cleaning the gutters properly, he replied that he cannot do it better than this in the money I am paying him. I was shocked to hear that because I was paying him what he asked for. He created a mess around my home and left my backyard and front yard somewhat messy. I didn’t force him to clean the gutters but very disappointed with the bad attitude.

The young man did a great job cleaning all the needles & pine cones off of the roof & gutters. I feel if you make an agreement with the homeowner you should keep it. The agreement was to place all the pine needles in the street for pick up. He left a pile in the backyard. I was unaware this was the agreement he had made with my mother.

Mr. Francis was right on time, he did a great job, very professional and thorough. Moved & replaced items on patio, so everything was cleaned well. I will use again, and recommend him & company.
