The work took them about 30 minutes. He did the job and it went well. The freezer works fine now. The service man was very nice and he did show up on time. They do bill by the half hour, so that was nice. I was happy with the charge for this service.

He was very nice. He noticed the aerator that connects to the faucet did not look right and fixed that as well.
