They were not able to fix that brand because it was older. They didn't give me an appropriate referral or an option to come out.

Called and left a message. Never got a call-back even though we had stressed it was an emergency (had guests coming in for dinner). Did not call back even after a week. Will never use this place again.

The work took them about 30 minutes. He did the job and it went well. The freezer works fine now. The service man was very nice and he did show up on time. They do bill by the half hour, so that was nice. I was happy with the charge for this service.

He was very nice. He noticed the aerator that connects to the faucet did not look right and fixed that as well.
