My wife and I had been casually looking for a home in San Mateo or Santa Clara County for a few years, with our desire to
downsize from our home where we had raised 5 children. We were finally at the point of putting our home on the market, when an anxious buyer made us an offer "off market", which we accepted. We were then faced with the scary task of finalizing the location of a new "perfect" home, in a short timeframe, and accomplishing all the inspections, history searches, and paperwork, for a
successful purchase. We needed to accomplish the move rapidly, since we agreed to move out of our other home within 45 days.
We had recently considered the idea of moving to Almaden or Morgan Hill, but we were not very familiar with homes and values in

Julie responded immediately to all questions we had about the home, in accomplishing the inspections with us, and in all document issues. After we located the home we felt would be "perfect" for us, Julie continued to research other comparables, to help educate us on the home's value ranking with others in the area, and thus establish a logical rationale for our purchase price.
There were some tricky negotiations involving the additional purchase of outdoor and indoor furniture from the previous owners,
where Julie provided excellent ideas on how to complete a very successful purchase arrangement. Julie worked very diplomatically and intelligently with the selling agent, the sellers, the title company, us, and all other participants, thoughout the home transfer process.
Julie has established a very good network of real estate experts, inspectors, house movers, painters, etc., that she provided to
us, and that all turned out to be very reliable. We felt blessed that we were led to such a dedicated agent, and such a wonderful person, that made our home purchase go so smoothly.
