AJ'S AUTO DETAILING

It came out like a new car!! New owner was fabulous and is super customer friendly and oriented! Went above and beyond in every aspect. So good to his workers and they like and respect him, enjoy working there. Everyone happy. Waiting area is beautiful, drinks, snacks, paper, so very spacious and comfortable, work stations for laptops for customers and nicer than any wait room I've ever been in for anything...including upscale spa's! A very positive A++ rating for the work done, the workers, the staff and especially the new owner!! Wow!

Seriously, it is like I have a brand new car again!!! I am even more impressed, if that is possible, with the personalized service! The new owner is great with his customers in every way. I didn't have a ride home, and he even offered to drive me! He takes the opportunity to meet his customers personally and I witnessed how he cares so much about his workers equally. His positive attitude and happy, sincere efforts are a ray of sunshine. I actually had fun with the entire experience! The waiting room is amazing too...coffee, treats, comfort, space, docking stations, all pretty incredible! I am blown away in every way and will happily look forward to taking my car in and recommending AJ's to everyone that drives!! Oh, and he even accepted an expired groupon! Yay!! It doesn't get better than this folks! But yet, it will! There are plans in the works to streamline the process and to make the exterior and landscape nicer yet! WOW!

Company coming into town over the holidays...gotta have the car clean and looking good. AJs to the rescue since I have used them in the past. Easy location to get in and out. It is busy so it is not a quick in and out stop. However, there is a shopping complex kiddy-corner where you can grab lunch, coffee, etc. The car comes out looking way better than it does going in. Higher cost, but convenience and familiarity is important to me.

This place does a great job - do not get me wrong.  The price was a little high as everything is individually priced.  However, it does seem as though you have a different car when you drive it away.
The place is really busy on the weekends, so I went on a weekday.  It will be about an hour or so for it to be finished, but it is worth the wait.
The staff is friendly and you can certainly see them hustling on the cars they work on.  They care about the job they are doing and work hard to make sure you are happy with the finished product.

The head lights were cloudy and they made them look like glass. I would definitely go back and get them Christmas presents. It was very expensive though. I had some problems with the bill but the handled it immediately and kindly.

The fabric seats in my wife's Mercury Mariner were stained to the point that she was actually looking for replacement seats, and there were some stains on the back carpeting, but she asked me to take it in to AJ's to see if they could at least make it presentable. They told me it would take about 5 hours to do a thorough job, and that I should come back at 5:15, since they closed at 5:30. When I returned at 5:15, I was told that it wouldn't be ready until 6:15, which was a bit frustrating, but I waited and they had it ready right at 6:15. The car was spotless and the stains in the seats and carpeting on the back deck were gone, which I had not expected. They took $25 off the price because I had to wait, which I appreciated. The price is on the expensive side, but considering the job they did, it was well worth it, and my wife was delighted.

But I decided to give them a try since they were near where I live.
I paid for their full package inside and out.
When
I picked up my car, there were so many spots they had missed I was very
angry. They had told me that the car would look like NEW with this MOST
expensive package. I understood they could not get the scratches out, I
was not concerned about that. But yes I expected the cup holder to be
clean. Yes I expected that there would not be mud on the outside of the
car in numerous places after the FULL wax. yes I expected it to be fully
detailed not a half-a** job for the money I was paying.
I NEVER
complain. This is my first review on yelp ever. But I felt that it was
my turn to give feedback to help others. So many of you have helped me
over the years.
If you are the kind of person that does not mind having to argue and point out someone's mistakes, then this place might be OK.

fair, they did provide a discount after my complaining. They Also spent
an additional 1/2 hour cleaning the car after I pointed out all the
errors. They were closing so they asked me to keep the car overnight. I
had someone who dropped me off, so I did not have the option. They did
try to make it right. AND they were very nice! But by that time it was
too late. I was angry, frustrated and out of a lot of $$$.
I would NEVER take my car to this detailer again.

They did a very nice job. They have a nice crew there to do the washing and waxing. It took a while but the car came out pretty spotless. The service people were very professional; they did what they said they were going to do and they were pretty efficient at the cleaning. Their pricing was competitive; I thought it was a fair price for the service that they gave me. Their responsiveness was also very good. I was generally very happy with them.

Went well except for the windshield washer thing.

I was very pleased with their service. I dropped my car with them in the morning and it was done by afternoon. Earlier, I had some very fine scratches on the trunk of my car. They did a very good job with the detailing and the car looked really nice when it was done.

The staff is great and they do a wonderful job. I have taken my car there several times and will continue to go there.
