ADVANTAGE REMODELING

Steve and his crew were friendly, arrived and left on time and listened to our needs and concerns. However, siding was not their expertise. Some siding was crooked, and some of the siding wasn't nailed in properly. In addition, the contractor purchased too much siding, so we were stuck with approximately $6,000 worth of extra siding. We had our deck replaced by a different contractor, and he informed us that some of the electrical work, which was done by Steve, wasn't properly done. In summary, I think Steve and his crew would be fine for basic remodeling such as a bathroom and kitchen, but not for a large job such as siding.

He did an AMAZING JOB. The wall is absolutely perfect, you cannot tell it's new. He was able to cut the carpet and re-lay it, so I didn't have to buy new carpet. The paint job also blends perfectly. Wiring is all up to date and perfect. The stair railing is exactly what we asked for, plus he contoured the railing so it looks nicer. He's not cheap, but absolutely worth the money.

They are very good and did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and were very caring about what we wanted. They did an awesome job on the crown molding which from my experience it is hard to find someone who can do it right.
