I was referred to Advantage Appliance Repair by a friend. She had been referred to them by a neighbor when her dryer had issues. She really liked the owner Gilbert as he was friendly and knowledgeable. Well, she was right. From the beginning of our telephone contact, Gilbert was professional and friendly. He responded to my voicemail message within a few hours. Since it was not an emergency, we scheduled the appointment for a few days out, specifically today between 4:30-6:30pm. He said he would contact me before his arrival. Well, it was 5:15pm and I was a little nervous he had forgotten about me. So, I sent him a text to see if we were still scheduled. He called to let me know I was his next appointment and to not worry. Anyway, to make a long story short, my friend was right! Gilbert was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was and replaced the ice maker within 20 minutes of his arrival. He explained how the leak happened and showed me the damaged part. Gilbert even cleaned the coils under the fridge for me. I will definitely pass along Adavatage's number to friends and family.

Gilbert responded promptly to my call for help. Our relatively new dishwasher was not draining. He quickly found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. This is the second time he has helped us out. I keep his card magnet on our refrigerator. I like his common sense, practical advice and reasonable prices.

ADVANTAGE RESPONDED TO THE CALL IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE REPAIR SERVICE CAME ON TIME. NO PARTS NEEDED TO BE ORDERED, THE REPAIRMAN HAD THE CORRECT PARTS AND THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED.

LOWERED THE QUOTED PRICE AS MY HUSBAND PULLED OUT THE DRYER SO THAT IT WAS EASIER TO GET TO. CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. WILL CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.
