ADVANCED ENTERPRISES ELECTRICAL

This is my third experience with Sam from Advanced Enterprises Electrical working on one my rental properties. I was getting complaints that Comcast Internet services was very slow and when comcast came out, they found electricity going through cable. After much testing, they determined that electricity was being sent through property ground (ie. electricity sent through ground to every device in the building!). Called Sam and he came in less than 30min.  Went through entire house, panel, feed, and even corrected a loose connection coming into main panel by another electrician. He determined surge was coming from PG&E. With this info, PG&E came in confirmed Sam's findings and determined failed transformer. They shut down several bldgs in downtown SJ to switch out ground bar and we were back in business (but serveral burned appliances).  WIthout Sam diagnosis PG&E probably would have said he had bad panel or something on our end.  He never tried to upsell or make a bigger deal out of it.  He even told me how to correct and test the damaged circuits if I chose to do it myself.   I highly recommend this guy!

Sam was fast to responde (same day to give estimate). His pricing was the lowest, but he appeared to be very knowledable, and his truck seemed very well stocked and he provided proof of his license and insurance. He showed up and started exactly as promised. He did not try to upsell or make excuses for problems like many other contractors did. He came back several times to address all issues with city permit/inspections and even came back several times to help diagnose electrical problems from work performed by other contractors. He we very polite and professional to my tenants and was very quick and deliberate on his work. I saw his work before things were closed up and his wiring was VERY NEAT and properly labeled. Definately someone I would recommend and use for all my properties.
