Description of Work: Adamson Contruction remodeled our kitchen, creating on open space plan into our living room. They worked efficiently with the permitting process and engineers to get the job done. Sean Adamson was very responsive and easy to work with, putting us at ease throughout the process.

 + -1 moreThey are very lovely people. But they clearly didn't care about my project enough to have followed up with me. I'm disappointed with their follow up. If they don't want my business they should just say so rather than just not send me a bid.
Description of Work: It took a couple of calls for them to schedule an appointment. They were then late and didn't show (they did call to tell me they were late and then that they were canceling). The representative was very nice and apologetic. We then rescheduled for the next week and Sean did show up. I took him through the projects I was looking to do and he was very nice. He took measurements and told me he'd get back to me with an estimate. 8 days have gone by and I haven't heard from them. I guess I'm just too small a fish for them. I'm moving on to someone else.

 + -1 moreSean has been a fabulous person to work with. We hired him to build our house because people we know used him for second story additions, and they said they would hire him again in a heartbeat. Of all of the contractors we considered when choosing our contractor, Sean by far had the best references. Our house is very well built because of Sean's crew. I'm not going to say how much it cost because that is private, and also because the cost is very much dependent on the size and configuration of our home, and the type of expensive beams needed to support our second floor.
Description of Work: We hired Adamson Construction to do a first floor expansion and second story addition on our 50 year old home. They did all the framing, subbed out the foundation concrete, did all the finish carpentry inside and out, all trim, closet interiors, etc., all paint inside and out, and all stucco. They installed all doors and windows, and did wood staining and varnishing in addition to painting. They did a beautiful job on everything, and all of the employees of Adamson Construction were a pleasure to work with. They are on time, very professional, and they stay on the job until it is complete. Our project proceeded in a timely fashion because Sean's guys were on the job. Phone calls were always returned and all questions answered promptly. Sean gave us lots of good advice about all aspects of our remodel. All of his employees know what they are doing in their specific trades, and they were all extremely nice and easy to work with.
