ACCOLADE PAINTING

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that Accolade had provided.  They were able to perform what we had discussed in the quote, using the right color of stain.

The quoting process was smoothe and painless and their price was the best.
They began the job as quoted and provided a high quoality paint job in the time frame quoted.
They were responsive to any problems in a timely manner and addressed them to our satisfaction.
I hightly reommend this company to any HOA needing to paint.

Al Yanez came on time to give me a free estimate. I compared their quote with 4 other contractors and theirs was reasonable, but not the lowest. However, it seemed like he had done other jobs similar to mine before and was able to describe the various steps for cleaning, sanding, filling, and repainting in good detail. Plus he agreed to pressure wash a play structure that we have in our backyard (I stained the play structure myself at a later date).
Al's team came in a couple of weeks later and as was promised they protected the neighboring fence and other structures, pressure washed the wooden trellis, filled in cracks and gaps, and applied two coats of paint. The job was well done.
Couple of things that could be better were that there were several paint chips on my roof which I had to later sweep and clean myself; and it also appeared like they disposed some of the waste water in my front yard lawn, which seems to have affected my lawn negatively. It is kind of growing back, but it was something that could have been avoided.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO REPAIR AREAS THAT NEEDED EXTRA CARE. THE COLOR WAS PERFECT.
