First, the communication from the company is slow and poor. The laminate installer did a good job and worked hard, but the estimator had measured wrong and the material was short. It was discontinued and hard to find more material. They did finish that job a week later and it looks great. The first tile guy they sent never showed. The second guy showed three days later. He was the slowest worker and the quality is not top-grade. They sent out another tile guy to float the floor and install tile in the master bathroom. That guy worked hard and did a good job installing the tile. However, he didn't put the toilet back and he didn't ''do thresholds'' to transition from carpet to tile. The owner of Accent did send out a different guy to do the threshold, but again, it took days to get him out. The store has a warehouse with a great selection but I don't have any idea how these guys are continuing to make money.

Owner sent sub crew that damaged floors with their sanding job and stained the floors unevenly. Job had to be completely done over again. Very unprofessional and unskilled. Left stain on carpets, walls, and trim. Owner did send very good replacement, but too little too late.
