Our realtor set up an inspection before we put our house on the market.  They came out promptly, did the inspection, and gave us their oral report.  The next day we received a written report.  We chose to have them come out and further inspect the ceiling stain in the garage to make sure there wasn't a hidden problem.  We set up a second appt. and they came out and cut into the ceiling of the garage to make sure everything was dry.  We were told that it was an old stain and there was no leak.  They then patched the hole and sent us another written report.

They didn't do very good carpentry work. They trampled the plantings around my house. They didn't replace the siding with something that matched. It cost me more money for them to do this work than tenting the house, and the resulting work looked terrible. I had to hire someone to patch and paint the house after they did their work, which of course costed more money. They are not carpenters, yet they insisted they would do good work. Their work was definitely sub-par, and they never discussed other options with me.

They were good other than the fact that they killed a lot of plants while doing their work. That was really a bummer because my wife really loves those plants. There were a few things that happened where I called them and they basically gave me some justification which I was not too convinced about, but gave up anyways. We were happy with their service. They were good at responding to phone calls and following up. I would use them again if I don?t find a better service provider.

Able Exterminators came out within two days. They were thorough, spending lots of time in my crawl space and inside and outside the house. The inspector was courteous and professional. He patiently answered questions and I came to have confidence in his work. What a relief! I will use Able Exterminators again.

Work was performed quicly and as required. However, scheduling was a problem in that coordination between Able and workers seemed to be poor.

The workmen were friendly, personable and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. They were prompt and on time. However, there was a small job also contracted involving going into the crawl space and clearing away some debris. I had some difficulty getting a return phone call from someone at the company. When I finally did speak to someone in authority, they very quickly responded and sent a workman to complete the job.

ABE PERFORMS REGULAR EXTERMINATION SERVICES AS SCHEDULED. THEY KEEP THE WORK AREA CLEAN AND FREE OF RESIDUE. THEY ALSO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T DISTURB THE PLANTS.

THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR REALTOR, AS SHE HAS WORKED WELL WITH THEM IN THE PAST. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THE INSPECTOR WAS POLITE AND CONSIDERATE. HE WORKED IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR HIRED HOME INSPECTOR (WHO WAS SIMULTANEOUSLY DOING AN INSPECTION) ON ITEMS WHERE THEY BOTH NEEDED TO ASSESS THE CONDITION. HE SEEMED VERY THOROUGH. THE REPORT WAS VERY COMPREHENSIVE AND COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WERE HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO INCLUDE THE REPORT IN OUR HOUSE DOCUMENTS DURING THE OPEN HOUSE THE FOLLOWING WEEKEND.
