Abf Freight System Inc

I used three different moving companies overall and this company was the best of the three. They were real cooperative and did a great job. I will use them again in the future. 

I ordered a small cabinet from an Internet company and they contracted with ABF Freight System, Inc. to take care of the delivery. I was contacted by ABF last week to set up a time for the delivery. They said they would be here on 2/11/10 between 9 and 1. I cleared my schedule and was up and ready and 9 a.m. sharp. At 1:10 p.m. I called the office to get an updated time of delivery. The person who answered the phone said that the driver was on lunch break and to call back in 15 minutes to get an update. Why I had to call him and he couldn't call me I don't know. I waited until 1:30 and called back. The same guy said that the driver had just returned and was rearranging his freight and this time he would call me back. I got a call back about 10 minutes later and was told the new estimate was now 4 o'clock. No apology, no explanation, just "Looks like around 4 o'clock". So, I will have spent my whole entire day waiting for a delivery that will now be, at best, 4 hours later than original time guarantee. I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional and I am totally helpless because THEY HAVE MY FURNITURE AND I WANT IT.
