ABC TILE

We saw a style in a couple of similar shades that had a complete sample board and all the potiential pieces we wanted (floor, wall, bullnose, quarter round, and decorative accent). ABC let us take the two competing sample boards home for the weekend to show the contractor and then let us take the winner home a week later to let the contractor give us amounts for what he wanted. When the supplier came back to tell us they couldn't fulfill the full wall order ABC worked with us to come up with a blend of using the one color for the wall and other color for the floor and accent strip. I then under estimated the amount of wall bullnose, but caught it quickly and they smoothly got it squeezed into the original shipment. Everything got delivered quickly and safely. It turns out the supplier got the extra bullnose color wrong and we didn't catch it until the tile work started. ABC got me an expedited order delivered in a couple of days and all's well that ends well. I thought they were very helpful and professional throughout, especially given this was a fairly small order. I would definitely recommend them to friends and I would use them again. My lesson is probably the old one - double measure everything and immediately check everything on delivery because mistakes do happen.
