It was OK but I was not happy with them as I was with the other two, They replaced all the rollers of my garage doors, I have a two car garage door and month after they had done it started getting noisy I found out that their were a lots of bolts that were not tightened on it and that was not good and for that I will not use them again. There was this one person that came out, they were OK. The responsiveness was pretty good and they did conduct them self in a good manner.

WAS EXPECTING A COMPLETE CHECK OUT AND CORRECTION OF THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE OPENER.  hE JUST CAME PUSHED THE BUTTON AND LEFT, AT LEAST IT APPEARED AS IF THIS IS ALL HE DID.  tHE LIGHT STILL DOES NOT WORK, CHAIN NOT LUB, NOISE, ETC.  I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE IT HE WOULD HAVE DONE MORE.

THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. I NEVER KNEW THAT GARAGE DOORS COULD BE FIT SO WELL TO THE OPENING ... ALMOST AIRTIGHT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A FEW HOURS. TOOK AWAY THE OLD DOORS. IT WAS JUST SPOTLESS. WE HAD ALSO USED THEM ON AN EARLIER JOB AT A DIFFERENT HOUSE WITH THE SAME HIGH QUALITY.
