They were very professional an did a good job. They also explained what I could do so I would not have to dig it up every time I wanted the tank pumped.

tank is well removed from the road (125 ft) and down a hill (about 20 ft). Truck showed up on time. No problem with the distance or slope.....BOOM...cleaned.
will use again.

It went really well, and considering how much extra time and effort went into getting our tank cleaned out, I was happy with the patience, professionalism, and efficiency with which they took care of everything within our budget.

We called Aaron's as they were highly rated by Angie's list, and we had absolutely no experience with dealing with septic tanks and felt we needed good service immediately (backed up sewer) to cope with what might be dicey situations, so we didn't want to shop around. The location of our tanks was all that we knew about them, and we had no idea what shape they were in or how deep they were. We got quick response from Aaron's and met the sewage pump truck at the bottom of the long, twisty gravel driveway. The truck was huge, and I feared that the driver wouldn't want to brave the challenging drive, but he was confident he could make it, and had no difficulties reaching the tank site. The first tank turned out to be under about a foot of dirt, but that was just to the first lid. There was a 4'x4' wooden box on top of the cement tank, but over time, the box planks had rotted and the sides had allowed dirt to pretty much fill the box in. The operator was undaunted and got his shovel out and removed the dirt. Although he wasn't thrilled to find his schedule gummed up by a big shoveling job, he was a cheerful sort and joked and laughed with us until he got down to the tank lid. By that time the second truck had arrived and I went to deal with that. The situation was similar in that the tank was subterranean, and required moving away large pavers, river rock, and planters, but again, the operator took it in stride and overcame all obstacles without complaint. They cleaned up reasonable well after finishing. The whole episode took about 2 hours and we were nervous about what shape the tanks might be in, but the operators never flinched and just worked through the problems without complaint. So we felt our money was well spent and that we had hired the right company.

Late evening noises turned into a flooded toilet and shower area - yuck. Called first thing in the morning and very quickly got a call back from and quot;Mikeand quot; who apparently runs the service. He was helpful and knowledgable. In spite of his proclamation of a and quot;very busy dayand quot; he committed to have someone on site on a 2 hour window. The service person showed up in the first hour of the 2 hour window, got started immediately and did an excellent job of pumping out and and quot;cleaningand quot; the tank. They were professional, easy to deal with, prompt and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Called in the morning after a horrowing bubbling in the toilet experience - truck came that very afternoon and pumped the tank after hard digging to uncover the chamber lids, located the field valves, unstuck them and cleaned up afterwards - prompt, very helpfull and very reasonable price. On top of this the guy was really friendly and helpfull with advice.

The tech arrived fifteen minutes before the scheduled appointment at exactly the location that I requested when setting up the visit; then he brought his truck to the kitchen location (the truck and hoses were clean and odorless), quickly went about his task, left the area at least as clean as he found it, gave us an invoice that was $25 less than the phone quote (when he saw how small our grease trap is), answered a couple of general questions about setting up and the frequency of ongoing service, and left.

Found them in Angie's. Promptly returned my call on Friday and was able to scheduled an appointment on Monday. Came at appointed window of time 8am-10am. Septic Tank located where you have to crawl yourself in about 1 feet from opening under house. Worker immediately saw it and said he couldn't do. Told him it's been done before. Then he got his gloves and went in and said no problem. (He said he didn't want to dirty his clothes.) Other than that, took about 10-15 mins. to do septic pump out. If you pay cash you get 10% off.
