 + 1 moreThe contractor arrived timely for his assessment and bid process, and submitted a reasonable, detailed written bid. He was very personable and professional, was interested in the project - where others had refused to consider it because it was small, detailed and unusual (the playhouse was framed on an angle given the space it occupies - it's actually a trapezoid, not a rectangle!).. He was timely with everything he committed to do, checked with me throughout the project on each aspect, and did absolutely splendid work. The playhouse looks great! I am more than satisfied with the result, which frankly turned out better than I had any reason to expect. This was a great experience and I would unhesitatingly utilize this contractor for future jobs.
Description of Work: The work performed was full interior finishing (sheet rock, baseboard, window finishing, set and grout tile floor, create and install door with window and lock, interior painting) and exterior painting for a child's playhouse. It was an intricate and awkward job, with lots of detail.
