The contractor arrived timely for his assessment and bid process, and submitted a reasonable, detailed written bid.
He was very personable and professional, was interested in the project - where others had refused to consider it because it was small, detailed and unusual (the playhouse was framed on an angle given the space it occupies - it's actually a trapezoid, not a rectangle!)..
He was timely with everything he committed to do, checked with me throughout the project on each aspect, and did absolutely splendid work. The playhouse looks great! I am more than satisfied with the result, which frankly turned out better than I had any reason to expect.
This was a great experience and I would unhesitatingly utilize this contractor for future jobs.
